Cabinets in the end turned out nicely and Shayron was wonderful to work with. In the end she made everything right-the installer made constant reasons not to come to the home to work-and took him 4 months to complete it-almost 3 months to have a workable kitchen. If they got a better installer I would give them 5 stars. Instance-I drove from Green Bay WI to be there the first week he started install, and instead of coming everyday to install he came 3 of 5 days. How disrespectful of someone's time. In the end we are VERY happy with GF, and would recommend them-but you need your own installer-the one they use (2018-19) is easy to talk to, but very slow and works when he wants. Doesn't care that a family is living with no kitchen. His time must be more valuable. read more

They have a good selection of wood but nothing is priced on the shelves. The man quoted my husband one price for wood, when he came back a day later he upped the price on him. That's just wrong and not cool. We won't do business with them again. read more

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SHOP ELSEWHERE. Review their doors, windows, and lumber and go to another business and view their supplies. You will see that their items are overpriced and substandard. We had to learn the hard way. They delivered the same broken item 2X and have stated they would come out and repair it. This is month 3 and no repairs. I cannot believe how unresponsive and disrespectful this company is. How they are still in business is beyond me. BBB is little help. read more

In 2005 I paid 25K for an order of Eagle Windows from Gobble-Fite. This is our dream home my wife and I designed with all natural wood and true divided light windows that were to be stained to match the natural oak interior trim in the home. Needless to say, I was not happy when the order arrived with almost all of the windows being painted with white primer. This makes it impossible to stain to a natural oak finish. I called Gobble-Fite before removing them from the delivery truck and was told via a conference call with Gobble Fite and Eagle Windows, (now Anderson Windows) that they would correct the order and to go ahead and accept the order so the driver, a contract carrier could leave to make other deliveries. For the next 8 years I became a perpetual pingpong ball going back and forth between Gobble-Fite and Eagle. Both kept saying they were waiting on the other to do something to get the order completed. Now, after 8 years of being lead to believe they were going to replace the windows, being told nothing but lies and their convenient case of amnesia, (forgetting their promises), they both are refusing to correct the order. It's good that I saved every phone record, have a paper trail and know the law well enough to present an overwhelming case of breech of contract, fraud and theft by deception that I might be able to hold them accountable. Thought they might never be held accountable for their criminal action of theft by deception and fraud by the District Attorney since they live in a different state, I think a jury looking at our dream home home that has been sitting vacant might render a judgment that holds them financially accountable.. read more
