Not to mention the door was never sealed on the top portion so bugs can easily get in until we fixed it ourselves, and the door was TWO weeks late. The receptionist assured me it would get here in the 2-4 weeks when it was ordered, as they are always there on time, but when I called the distrubtor they said commercial doors are always 6 week timeline. So I don't appreciate being lied to for them to make a sale. Very unprofessional & will never go through them again. Save your money & go with a different company!

I stayed home waiting for the call, but heard nothing. I called at 12 and they seemed very kind and said they'd call the technician and follow up with me. I waited 20 minutes for a call back and nothing! So I called again. They said the technician had car troubles and they were going to get another technician to come my way- no problem! 3 hours pass and I hear nothing. At this point I realize I'm wasting my time and my car will remain stuck in the garage if I don't take my business elsewhere. I called Door Doctor and they had a technician out in 30 minutes. 3 days later and I still haven't heard back from A Class So, if you're hoping to get your garage door fixed in a timely manner with a company that follows through, I recommend you don't waste your time even calling this company. I will say, the man who answered my calls was very pleasant- he seems like a nice person, but as far as a business... they're lacking reliability.
