When I said, no, I'm not doing that because I don't believe that, he THEN acted he was looking at the wires, and said, well, we could do a new motor then but can't guarantee it will work sooo, best to get a new unit. You have to pay the $40 fee for them to come out to not even observe anything and tell you this information. I highly recommend you try somewhere else first. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. If you check out my reviews, this is the very first one star review I have given. Trust me when I say, just call someone else. Try A1 Garage first.
