After hearing nothing, I followed up around 9:00 AM and again at 11:00 AM, at which point I was told they were stuck in Fort Worth but that someone would stop by later in the afternoon. Unfortunately, no one ever showed up. I've since sent multiple follow-up text messages and have received no response. At this point, I'm left wondering how I'm supposed to trust a company that fails to communicate, doesn't follow through on its commitments, and has effectively no-showed twice in a single day.

This December I noticed a leak near the valve and asked them to come see if it was warranty work. We agreed to an appointment time and Brandon was a no show. He did not call ahead of time and did not respond to my text asking if he needed to reschedule. I tried calling, and he would not pick up nor would he return my call. I had my wife call from her phone and he picked up, apologized and said he was embarrassed about the lack of promptness or customer service. We set another time for him to come out. I even marked the spot with a small red flag. The day came and went, he was a no show again. Now he won't respond to either of us, via text or email, or phone call. I have to assume he does not want to consider warranty work, if that's what it turned out to be. If you check his bio on Yelp, he references wanting to build good customer relationships and offer quality, reliable service. After our recent experiences I'd have to give Brandon and Better Earth a solid F minus, maybe even a zero. The funny thing is, when he came out this past summer he asked me why I've used so many different irrigation companies in the past few years. I told him it was because of reliability and honest service. Now we are having to mark Better Earth Solutions off our list and while they can do good work, I'd not recommend them to anyone. I even sent him a few notes about writing a negative review but wanted to give him a chance to "make it right" before I did. His silence spoke volumes. If you are looking for an irrigation company, I'd say hard pass on Better Earth.

After talking with the owner, he told me if I purchased yard of mason sand, they would come out, till up the area, spread the sand and seed it for me. When I got the sand few days later, I reached out to the owner and he said he was in the hospital But would get back with me when he got out. That was the end of June. A month later, one of their staff came out without notice and started spraying areas in my front yard with weed killer. When I saw what he was doing I stopped him and told him what the company told me they would do and asked him to leave. I have called three different phone numbers trying to reach them and now they are ghosting me. I have called numerous times each with no response. Now I am left with a bald front yard, a yard of sand in my driveway and now 10 more bald spots where the latest member sprayed my yard before I could stop him. I would never use this company again.EVER!
