Mine is under warranty and I have to reach out to Hayward so Dan told me to keep his until I get mine taken care of. So grateful for his helpfulness because I am so frustrated with what is going on with my pool cleaner. His works great in my pool.

I couldn't believe how clean they got the plaster, and when refilled and balanced it looks perfect! It took 1 day to drain, 1 day to clean, 2 days to refill and we were back in the pool! The pools were turning green, growing algae, full of leaves, bottoms covered in old leaves and debris...we were left in dire straits. I called multiple pool companies over the course of several days and could not get anyone to help us, most not answering the phone, most not returning calls from voice mails. And then by the grace of God, we found Blue Oasis. They answered the call, and in our emergency, worked their schedule aroubd to come out to BOTH pools the same day. However, that confidence quickly faded after we began discussing a quote for refinishing the pool surface and installing a chiller/heater. I first spoke with Landon, who provided an estimate for the refinishing and mentioned the chiller/heater option--something we were interested in pursuing. Landon later sent over a quote of $4,000 for the chiller/heater installation, which we agreed to move forward with via text. Unfortunately, it took nearly three days to receive a response. When the revised quote finally arrived, the price had increased by $527, but we were still willing to proceed. I requested an itemized quote to better understand the breakdown of costs. Despite clearly explaining what I was asking for, we never received a proper itemized estimate--only a single total amount, even after multiple follow-ups. At this point, frustration was growing. I even texted Landon asking if it's always this difficult to do business with Pool Stop, which prompted a call and apology from him. He mentioned that Harvey, the owner, would visit the property for a site review. Harvey came by, inspected the setup, and said he would provide a final quote the next day. Five days passed with no update. When Harvey finally did call, the final price was $5,177, nearly 25% higher than the original quote. At that point, we decided not to move forward, as the inconsistencies and lack of communication left us with serious concerns about Pool Stop's professionalism and reliability. As someone with decades of experience in sales, I've always believed in standing by a quoted price, even if a mistake was made. The way this process was handled felt disorganized, unprofessional, and misleading. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Pool Stop to others. So at first when we start. Service was ok. David come first…read moretime and explain a bit about the pool and the system. It was the first time I owned a pool. So I didn't know much. Then we got the big dallas storm. Take David something like 4 months to repair the manifold for the hot tub. So I was not able to use it for 4/5 months. But I totally understand. It was short on any supplies all over. So I can't blame him. How ever ever sense then. The service was not good. I don't know if it's something to do with where we located in Richardson. Or maybe my pool was a big and he didn't overcharge. I have no idea. But service was not good. The guy he send will come few min. Clean a bit. And run away. The pool was always dirty. And yellow on the ground. So many times I find my self going in to brash and clean. So many times. Every time I have an issue. I will let the service guy know. But he would never transfer that forward. Then I will have to text David and that take another week or two before maybe it's get taking care off. His guy will never basically check to make sure everything work. Or any leak. Will come. A bit Cleaniny. Some chemicals and run away. The pool lights never work. He never cared. The pool have a leak for months before I notice my water bill is high. The pool system was beeping for months before finally David was able to come take care of it. For months I will seat and watch a movie and the system will keep beeping. Not good service. For 4 months or so I inform David. That one of those things on the ground are cloth I have asked is your guy suppose to clean it ? His answer was yes. I was watching it. 3/4 months after. He still didn't clean it. I have pic to approve. I have sold the house lately. So I am glad I don't have to deal with it. But soon will build a new pool in my new house. I doubt it I will use north Texas pool again. I don't mind to pay a bit more but enjoy my pool. I did transfer the new owner david number if he want to use him. But just to be nice. I have a mix feeling about the service.
