We needed our front yard and flower beds cleared of acorns, weeds and old mulch. They trimmed a couple dozen hedges and two larger trees. They also added new mulch to the entire front yard, and what was fantastic is they picked up and transported the mulch! Three to four guys worked for 3 hours to complete the work, all for an Incredibly fair price and value. I received another quote that was nearly FOUR times what Tulum did the work for! I highly recommend Tulum and we will be working with them on any all future yard projects!

DeFeo's Landscaping has been well-known in my area for years, and I finally contacted Eric when I wanted to refresh/redesign an important backyard landscape bed (aka "my happy place"). Eric asked a lot of good questions regarding my likes/dislikes of certain plants, my color preferences, maintenance needs/lifestyle and then sat down at the patio table to put his ideas on paper. I walked away to let him create in peace, then we reviewed his plan and discussed his recommendations. His pricing was fair, I knew his reputation in the area, and I liked his approach so he won my business. He's very knowledgeable and creative. Afterward, I contacted Eric with some questions and suggestions for other plants - he was always very responsive and thorough in his communication. He also made some suggestions regarding the irrigation system. Eric is committed to professional customer service and kept telling me he wanted to design something I could love (within my budget, of course.) He's pretty straightforward and honest, dedicated to quality and customer satisfaction. He's a nice guy, too! Thanks to Eric my happy place has been restored, and the area looks beautiful. I called this company on a Tuesday and left a message to return my call regarding tree service I…read moreneeded. Four days go by and then late on Saturday night I get a call from them and it goes into into my voice mail. A man named Harold leaves a long rambling message that goes on for one minute and 8 seconds and he sounds intoxicated. He is slurring his words and saying weird things like "he was wondering if I was ok" and that "they return calls in the order they receive them" and other strange remarks. At the same time I started getting text messages of photos of his tree service company logo and other pictures of guys cutting trees down, etc. I received a total of five text photos which really used up my cell data. So I call this guy to tell him that I have already hired someone to cut my trees and not to call me again. When he answers he sounds intoxicated again. I told him the that he waited four days to return my call, was sending unsolicited large file photo text messages, and that he left me a long rambling voice mail. He is slurring his words so I gave him a piece of my mind and not to ever call me again. Would advise anyone from using this unprofessional company that waits four days to return a call then calls late Saturday night sounding intoxicated.
