Regardless of someone's size, I don't think employees should be commenting negatively on a customer's body or weight while they're shopping. It made the experience uncomfortable and was completely unnecessary. She kept saying we can share outfit and one size fits all.. I'm 4'10 106 lbs.. mom is about 5'1 92 lbs.. tops are all loose pants/dresses aren't short girl friendly We still made a purchase..I bought a bracelet after telling her I was in the works of investing in a Jade piece. For near $25 after tax. it was represented to me as suc. Afterward, I discovered that the bracelet appears to be jasper indian agate, while VTrendz website itself literally has bracelets specifically advertised as Jade for around 9$ on their website. I would not have paid $25 for this bracelet had I known I was purchasing a different stone Between the inappropriate comment toward my mother and the concerns surrounding how my purchase was represented, I'm extremely disappointed with this experience. I'm requesting that VTrendz make this right with a refund and clarify exactly what was sold to me. Customers should be able to shop without having their bodies commented on and should be able to trust that merchandise is accurately represented.
