First impressions matter Thought I'd try a new salon closer to home. Walked in to no greeting. No real waiting area only one chair which was taken, and was left to figure it out. Place was in disarray. Which in replies to other reviews the owner says it's because they are moving, which was said in a reply to a review from a year ago. Tech next to me treated her client horrible. Mine treated me ok. My nails were not done well, they had bumps and polish was could be seen pooled on one nail. No color palette to look at. Also you need not look any further than the replies to reviews from the owner to understand how unprofessional they are. You shouldn't attack new customers for their reviews. What a gem in West Allis! The owner is a local who works hard to keep her place looking cute - very nice decor and the staff is outgoing and friendly. Prices here are very fair - what you would expect for the location. Highly recommend - book early though they fill up fast - they also do reservations online. read more

Warning! Went to a different nail place due to Sunday hours and location in West Allis. Should have never ventured from my normal place. During appointment staff was highly unprofessional. Small child of worker (maybe 4 years) made to sit with no toys, food or drink in a chair for full time I was there ... like 2 hours and through her Mom's two clients. When she'd ask if her Mom was done, her Mom would snap at her to stop asking and sit there!Trucker-esque swearing by nail techs. A highly R rated movie playing. Showed a guy beat with a bat to death by a woman scorn. Four year olds eyes were wide open at the first swing. Owner was late for her own client, then left because she left her phone at Walmart in middle of her appointment. Salon had no decor and looked bare. They said they were moving. (I later read further reviews...they mention moving 5ms ago too). You had to be buzzed into the salon for entry. Then, my nail tech had to redo three nails before she was done with me. They didn't cure (harden). I paid and left thinking I'd never go back, but my nails were done finally. Whew! Not so much! My nail broke, some have peeled and they in parts some continue to feel rubbery in parts obviously not cured. Advised the business of my dissatisfaction. They offered a polish, said their light machine might not have been working to cure, but the chip was surely due to previous salon's work. Guurrrl please!! They refused to refund me. I have since filed a dispute with Chase to reverse the charge. Not paying for a service I didn't receive. Last thing I have to do is get another, comparable salon to vouch the work was shotty on their business letterhead for my dispute. I'm on a mission now. Made an appointment online and got a confirmation. When I walked in a few minutes early I was told that I was "pretty early" and I would have to wait. No problem. Except that I was ignored for the next 40 minutes and when I decided to leave one of the girls told me she was almost ready for me....by this time I had no time left. Why even make an appointment if you have to wait 40+ minutes after the time and be totally ignored. No apologies from any one in the shop. Poor communication. This place is completely rotten. I bought $150 in gift certificates for my girls and I. Well they expired in 3 MONTHS then all the COVID stuff was happening. They wouldn't take the certificates nor give any credit towards them. They're $150 richer and that's all they care about. How totally rotten! read more

I moved here from Texas and had been looking for a Nail salon. I really wasn't impressed by any of the reviews or photos for other nail salons in my area. This location was not on google or yelp and I found this place by chance on Facebook. I'm so glad I did. I love the way my nails came out and I was happy with the price. Nina is extremely talented. This was the first time I've been to this nail salon, especially during the pandemic. The staff is alright, no one approached me at all. Until I was standing there all confused someone finally said something to me. No one was wearing a mask, they don't require clients to wear mask, (a con for me). Pro was my nail tech was really sweet and considerate. (Wasn't wearing a mask and didn't sanitize in between clients) my nails came out nice but after a week they are already lifting and chipped. read more

There are countless nail salons around me. But I choose to drive 20 min to support these very fun and loving ladies. Whether you wanna have a conversation or just listen in on whatever topic is being discussed around you, you will always feel welcome and never judged. Not only do they emit down to earth energy, these ladies are also very talented. I've seen Sunni several times now for acrylic fills/full sets, and I will not see anyone else. I'm a hairstylist, and usually by week 2-3 hair gets snagged and caught CONSTANTLY at the acrylic outgrowth. I don't know if it's the product she uses or the way she seals it. So I just moved to the area and was looking.for a new nail place. Found their website that listed services and prices and the pics of the place looked really nice, booked the appoint online for the next day. Showed up and the door was locked and the employees just told me to keep trying as they were trying to I guess buzz me in (?) Not one person got up to open the door. Then when walked in the owner was on the phone w speaker on making plans for the evening and had to finish her phone call before addressing me- she then informed me they don't have their pedicure chairs because they are moving locations. Now I know how that goes and I'm pretty understanding but why wouldn't they have called me after I booked the appointment to let me know so I wouldn't have wasted my time. I decided to just get my gel nail polish removed and the website listed price as 5$ and owner charged me $10 even though I pointed out the price on the website, I just paid it because I knew I would never be back and needed to get out of there. Place was dusty and there were overflowing trash cans. My nail tech Brandy was lovely though and fun to talk to- only Saving Grace to that place and the reason for stars at all. read more
