I told her what I was looking for and she said she might have an openeing tonight at 630 pm if she was finished with her clients on time and asked if that was too late. I said that would be fine. She said she would give me a call if she finished on time. Fast forward a few hours and she called back asking if I was still needing the trim and that she could get me in right then (about an hour before she originally thought). I was available so I went right on over. I walked in and she greeted me right away. Katie and I spoke about what I was looking for with my trim and how the last stylist I went to (at a different salon) did the opposite and made my hair look thinner vs fuller / more volume. Katie was super friendly and we were chatting like we knew each other already. She did great work and I left feeling happy with my experience and how my hair looked.

The process was cooling and relaxing, and took about 45 minutes total. Reiko was kind enough to sooth my skin with an extra treatment at the end, as we had the time (and I needed it). I get lash lifts and tints, and she knows how to make my natural lash curl beautifully without it looking like too much. I have naturally long lashes but they don't curl at all, and when I wear mascara they hit my glasses and get them dirty! But with a lift I get a natural curl and don't have to worry about it.
