She's personable, skilled, and I look forward to having this spa as my place to go for my skincare needs. They also offer mani/pedi's - I met the woman, Crystal (I think that's her name) who does them when I was in the waiting room and she was extremely friendly too. We had a chat about my favorite LV bag that I had that day. I also can't wait to try their massage services. Overall, I'm mad at myself for waiting so long to finally check it out.
