I reached out to the business in regards to the treatment at the azalea Park godfather pawn shop by the Spanish female who was very rude when I asked about lowering price of ammo 50 cent when I was looking to spend anywhere between $800and $1000 dollars on ammo 12 gauge 45 and 9 mm. When I told the salesperson that I could get that ammo in Georgia for $0.50 less and I'm looking to buy everything you had on your shelf for 12 gauge 45 and 9 mm the Spanish sales rep told me very disrespectful then go back to Georgia and get it. I told her I'm not going to tolerate disrespect from no one. To then have a 6'2 male Spanish associate get involved and try to provoke me on camera so he could get me arrested only shows their racial treatment. No one in that store or the other godfather pawn shops that I reached out to in regards to that matter wanted to address it everyone wanted to make excuses. The 6'2 Spanish male associate they tried to provoke me an instigate an altercation on camera so I can get arrested it was very disrespectful and conducted business and a manner that is not professional. This pawnshop left a lot to be desired. I walked in expecting some sort of deal on a used power washer. I found the exact opposite. Godfather pawn wanted nearly retail price for open used and damaged products. Knowing that this is a pawnshop and they all tend to negotiate I figured this is probably their dummy price. So I asked what their best deal was on these power washer. I was told that their best deals were marked on the product. I got a better deal going straight to Lowe's for an open box power washer never used. With the warranty I might add. Something godfather pawn probably would never offer. read more

No one likes having to pawn or sale your stuff. But life happen. I walked in with a heavy heart because my dog needs surgery and the vet required a deposit. Scott greeted me as soon as I walked in. Owner sucks! Jennifer was nice enough to say she would hold a new chainsaw for me. Told her I was in my way & told her where I was coming from. Austin one of the workers there told me they had a generator still available. He had posted on facebook, i told him i would bw there between 2 and 3 to pick it up. Upon arrival he tells me its sold. How can that be i told him i would be there to get it he replied no problem gave mw the address etc... i didnt know it was a pawnshop when speaking with him i waa under the impression it was his at his home. Anyway long story short get there its sold he tells me first come first serve. I understand that philosphy but had he told me it was a pawnshop i would have paid over the phone or gone staright there and picked it up. Instead he lets me show up after i write him and tell him im on my way isbit still there. He didnt respond but knowing he knew iwould be there between 2 and 3 i figured he was busy and i went anyway. Wasted trip and then he was a complete jerk when i asked him why he didnt let me know when i messaged him i was on my way. He tells me i get over 600 messages i cant respond. He sure did when i inquired originally. Anyhow i hope this will deter everyone from going there. Some of the staff seemed ok and i know they are probabaly getting slammed due to the hurricane. They did offer me the beat up one they had left muxh smaller in wattage and looked like its been through it, but they told me someone was in they way to get that one so decide now before they show up.
