I went into the store looking for information on an item I had and was very surprised to find that the entire staff was friendly and offered great customer service. The manager was very helpful and let me take my time to look around. She seemed very knowledgeable as did the rest of her staff. While I shopped, they offered to answer any questions that I may have had. While looking around, I was reminded as to all the things I owned and had no more use for and decided to return and see if they might be interested in taking a few items off my hands. Upon returning, I was greeted with the same friendly atmosphere I had originally received a few days earlier. They were more than happy to look over my items and I was offered a very competitive and fair price.
