The customer service was helpful, fast and efficient with great communication along the way. The repairer was punctual and knew his stuff well. I watched as he dismantled the freezer compartment and replaced the part required like a flash of lightening. No time wasting, It was all done in 30 minutes. I was expecting to pay for at least 2 hours. The invoice was instant and spot on according to the quote I got.I felt that I got real value for money from this person and BSH. Thank you to the persons concerned. I am looking forward to enjoying a cool summer.

My Bosch oven ceased to function in the midst of baking just 9 months after purchase. Bosch…read morecustomer service are a nightmare, I have spent hours on hold on the phone. Bosch don't have repair staff in WA and I have been fobbed off onto 3 different repair companies. Two service visits and a spare part later and the oven still doesn't work. After 3 weeks I gave up on the customer service dept and started harassing Bosch via their facebook page. This did get a reaction and I was handed over to a "Customer Resolution Executive". She was able to tell me that the fault had been identified and the necessary spare part was currently in stock. I was hopeful that the sage was nearly over. That was last week, 3 weeks after the oven packed in. Here I am a week later with no sign of the elusive spare part and no service visit even scheduled. The Customer Resolution Executive is aware of the situation but doesn't appear to be able to do much because Bosch doesn't have a servcie division in WA. Don't buy Bosch products in Western Australia, there are no service staff to help you.

We purchased a Fireclay sink, the external diameters were what we needed, no where on their website…read moredid it explain that there was narrowing inside, the reason we bought this particular sink is because the Fireclay sink that is in the kitchen doesn't narrow, which rendered the item we purchased from Schots useless. The first response we received from Suzanne Karras who is supposed to be their Customer Service Manager was "As you did not seek further information from our staff to find out if this sink would meet your requirements prior to purchase we cannot be held liable for the incorrect purchase made by you". She also included a highlighted section of their website that said "Never construct cabinetry without first measuring your actual purchased sink" to which we responded "we have not constructed cabinetry without measuring the sink. We do not appreciate you making an assumption and find it extremely insulting, and we ask that you refrain from making such claims" After explaining again that it was not advertised to have narrowing, we received from Suzanne Karras "We are at a loss to understand why this sink that you have purchased does not meet your needs." After explaining it AGAIN, we were met again with an insulting assumption "As the internal dimensions of the sink is not listed on our website, it is a shame that you have assumed that it would fit your special requirements of needing to fit a certain size dehydrator tray without consulting and seeking advice from our trained staff that deal with these products to ensure that it would be suitable." After many many failed attempts to contact Suzanne Karras, and even after a request to speak with the owner Neville Schot, we were then met with "I have spoken to the Director Neville Schot and he has asked me to advise you that he will not be contacting you by phone to discuss this any further." The lack of BASIC customer service, tact and kindness from Suzanne Karras and Neville Schot is disgusting. Buyer beware!!!! However, I would like to thank the young woman from their Clifton Hill Head Office and Jeanna from there Moorabbin show room. These ladies certainly know how to give PROPER customer service.

Multiple levels of decisions await you from knobs to knockers, furniture to fireplaces, tubs to tiles, doors to decor and so much more. There were plenty of staff available and importantly they were willing to help, even on a busy Saturday. If all that decision making leaves you needing to quench your thirst or stave of hunger pangs there is an on site cafe. I am yet to try it though.

But that is the fun part, walking around the shop examining all the products is exciting and almost therapeutic. products range from candles and bath products to some beautiful homewares like the hamman bath towels. I am overwhelmed by the range, my nose loves going on overdrive here, and there is something for everyone. Scents range from vanilla to black pepper, sweet pea to lemongrass. There's even the scent-less crystal deodorant ( very intriguing). Gift wrapping is complementary, and even if you are not buying a gift, get it gift wrapped anyway ;)

Dwell isn't a high-end furniture store, but it's not competing with Fantastic Furniture either. It's a comfortable mid-range sort of store that is on par with the likes of Freedom (perhaps a little lower) in terms of price, but the stock is available in MUCH smaller numbers. If you want something for your home that isn't from the usual suspects like Freedom, Ikea, Plush, etc. without paying a fortune, Dwell is a great place to start. Oh, and should you see something you like but isn't quite right, make sure you let the staff know. They have catalogues full of things that can be ordered just for you.

I was so very disappointed that the owner never got in touch with me about the samples and helping me to finalise my choices. The staff were great - fantastic actually. They were so wonderful to me, but in the end I felt like the owner was too busy to spend time helping me. Feel sad, cause I was really looking forward to getting a couple of the pieces :)

There are testers available and I'd recommend giving them a go - they smell sooooo nice! The store is decorated better than many houses I have been too and I love dropping in for a visit. There are plush victorian armchairs with cosy throws draped over the back. These sit next to a cute single bed with an elegant bed cover and hand embroidered cushions. There are lamps and photo frames and candles too. Everything fits and it is hard to not want to take it all home. There was also a really good section of plush toys but my favourite section was the one with the Christmas decorations. Despite being out far too early... it's only October... the decorations were not only beautiful but unique. The staff here are friendly and not at all pushy. They also have a rewards card and you get a free gift after spending just $80. It's an awesome place to pick up a nice gift.
