Having purchased a few things here over the years however, I've only had one bad experience and it was more to do with a design fault than anything the shop could help with. They did not handle the situation well though and I was left with a series of malfunctioning kettles -- it's the ultimate frustration not being able to boil water for your tea in the morning. That said, all the other appliances I've picked up from here have been ace. And this place will redefine the meaning of cheap. If you're moving house or just need a sexy new matching toaster and kettle set this is the place. Don't expect any kind of service though, they ain't big on that.

It is a factory outlet - so it is advisable to keep your receipt in case something is faulty. But there is the occasional item that has wonky legs, for example, or has a tiny scratch on it. This superstore specializes in its furniture department, offering a large range of good quality sofas, beds and tables/cabinets. Most of the furniture offered in stores are made in Australia of quality wood. There is also a large range of outdoor furniture on display. This store isn't just furniture, there is a separate area/room dedicated to all things electronic. Computers, TV's, kitchen appliances, white goods, hairdryers-all your standard items can be found here. If you're looking for a one-stop shop for household items, this is the Harvey Norman to be at.
