If you go into their greenhouse a employee gives you a slip of paper with the price of your plant. That's why she need to know what it was so she could put the price and slip. Then you walk over to their building to pay. Seems like they should have someone to check you out at the greenhouse also. And better educated employees.

The aisles are roomy so you won't find yourself running into plants and squeezing through tiny spaces to get where you need to go. If you have any difficulties finding what you need, the hardworking staff are always friendly and willing to help you. I even witnessed an employee arm and arm with an elderly woman with a cane helping her choose the flowers she liked best. This place makes sure everyone feels safe and cared for. They offer a handful of places to sit and rest if you need, wheelchair accessible ramps, and free water bottles available to anyone who may need it. This is always my best greenhouse recommendation to anyone in the area. I hope you will enjoy this place as much as I do
