Well, I can tell you that he doesn't. I could hear him cussing me out over the phone because when I asked him about the hole in the yard he thought I was complaining about a piece of missing sod. I was not and he would have known that if he had bothered to show up and check it out. We are now in the position that we have a quote for $5k to fix what he did. Wish we had chosen someone else. The door was working but making a terrible noise. he said he could fix that for more money. We declined. Today the side of the door that did not have a problem is totally torn apart and the door doesn't work at all. We suspect the wrong springs were used and have called another company to fix the mess.
