Carson came by and we discussed removing both the damaged tree and another tree in our front yard and also grinding the stumps. He gave a quote that was very reasonable ($400) for both trees, so we decided to go with him. He came back the next morning ahead of schedule, which was perfect for us. He was extremely professional, cut down both trees quickly and efficiently. He cleaned up all debris that had fallen from the trees and ground up the stumps and roots so that we can plant new trees in the fall. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We can't say enough how much we are impressed with the quality of work and customer service......outstanding!

It was left much too high, and when I asked for it to be shaved down further, I was told they couldn't. On top of that, they caused additional damage -- tearing up parts of our lawn while dragging the tree, leaving giant marks across the sidewalk, and even leaving a branch hanging in another tree. The cleanup was careless at best. They left our trash can on the neighbor's lawn, blew wood shavings all over our newly seeded grass (potentially ruining a lot of the seed we just put down), and blew debris across the street into another neighbor's lawn. Ironically, despite all that blowing, they left a huge pile of shavings right by the stump itself. I ended up spending 1 hour and 10 minutes cutting the stump lower myself with a pole saw, another 20 minutes reseeding the damaged lawn, and time cleaning up properly so the street could be swept. I reached out to the salesperson afterward, and he said he could send someone back out to check/clean up. But by that point, I had no trust that they wouldn't make things even worse. Overall, the lack of care, professionalism, and responsibility left me very disappointed. I would advise others to look elsewhere for tree work. Adding: was told by the owner that they don't typically take projects under $1000, as if they did me a favor. So don't bother quoting with them on single, medium trees or trimming.

The techs that were there to trim several trees didn't know which trees to trim and were complaining about their manager in front of me. They did an over decent job but left my property before I had a chance to make sure that they didn't forget anything or everything was done to my satisfaction. I informed the area manager (Zach) about this March 2025. I went ahead and paid my $1200 invoice (which I will never do again until work is done that is supposed to be ). I told Zach about this error and a few trees that weren't touched on the side of my house and in the back this was again March 2025. Here it is MONTHS later! I have reached out to Zach at least 4 times since then the last time we texted he didn't bother to respond LESSON LEARNED! I WILL NEVER USE THE TREE SERVICE AGAIN! and NEVER PAY FOR AN INVOICE UNTIL THE WORK IS DONE TO MY SATISFACTION! I PAID AROUND $1300 INCLUDING THE DEPOSIT THEY TOOK END OF 2024. When they were done, the hedges looked like they belonged in a fun house, the trees were scalped down to nothing and both of the new bushes were dead. When I contacted John to replace the dead bushes (they gave us a guarantee / warranty for a year on them and it had only been 6-7 months) he made every excuse he could think of (bad soil, no water, etc. even though the previous bushes in the same spots were fine) then told me to "take to social media". So here I am.... Plenty of better options in the area to choose from - do not make the mistake we did.

After explaining to him I was on a fix income but what could I get done for a $100 dollars he said trimming up the bushes and pull some weeds in the front yard. I agreed and after him and two others started less than 10 minutes later Brian knocked on the door saying they were done, only one bush had been trimmed and the one worker identified himself as the owner saying that's all they were doing for that amount of money, I told him I wasn't getting scammed and after some conversation they trimmed up another over grown shrub. They got me but did a okay job. I warn anyone thinking of using them to be sure to agree to the exact work to be done and almount before letting them do the job.
