When I reached out to him he said it was a miscommunication but did not offer to fix it, only to charge more the next time. He also said my grass was too high during his 'apology' BUT he quoted me a price AFTER coming out to see my yard. Bad business if you ask me. Simply could have apologized and trimmed my hedges ( that I paid for ).
