After a week or so I said what do I have to lose. So I called him and scheduled a consultation. AFter meeting with Lee he really made me feel comfortable and ready to try. After the first session I felt really good but not 100% confident that I was over my problem. I listened to a CD he gave each day until my next session. After my next session I couldn't even try to make the habit come back. It just wasn't there! I can't tell you about all the little "exercises" Lee did but man they work! I still go back every few weeks just to relax and de-stress because I really enjoy it. And Lee makes these sessions cheeper than going for a massage which I use to do every week but now I just don't need to. The last time I was there, my appointment was at 4pm. I was there at 3:45pm and a guy who checked in at 4:30 for a 4:45 was seen within 10 minutes and I was still waiting to be called back. I got a lame excuse about Hispanics coming in for walk-ins and that set them back a bit. Sadly it takes me at least 2-2.5 hours to be seen every time I go there. I will be changing my doctor back to the one I was seeing 30 miles away. Even with the drive, It will be a lot faster.
