Dr. Smith and his staff were extremely welcoming and had great beside manner. They put me at ease as soon as I entered the office. Dr. Smith wasn't rushed at all - he took his time explaining what was going on with my back/neck (even some things that I didn't realize) and walking me through each step of the adjustment. I was in pretty severe pain when I arrived and I was expecting the adjustment to be somewhat painful. What a pleasant surprise - it wasn't Although I still have some lumbar discomfort, I walked out of the office with notably less pain and was able to finally get some sleep last night.
