I have been nothing but 100% satisfied with Goff HVAC. First off they helped me out of a bad situation with another company. I called them and within 24 hrs. my HVAC was up and running again. I knew that a new unit was in my future. I worked with Dale on a unit that would fit our needs and be cost effective. I decided on the Bosh heat pump unit and can not be more pleased. I was told form the get go that the air exchange unit inside would be a tight fit. The install crew worked very hard to get the unit to fit. Yes they had to remove a door and do a little carpentry work, but it was all done with my approval. Once finished the crew did a great job of cleaning their work area. That impressed me! To me the install crew was very knowledgeable and took pride in their work. Dale, Misty and the rest of the staff were there to help and answer and questions I had. Recently bought a house built in the 60s and the heating and air hadn't been very updated since then so we went through this business to help make our home more efficient. All of the staff was very friendly at the office and those who came on site. Very respectful and informative: before agreeing to work with them, during the work, and afterwards. When we had the initial inspection to get estimates we were presented with multiple options in different price ranges and did not feel pushed into going for the nicest (pricier) units. During the install the contractors were courteous and cleaned up after themselves after all of the messy work. Our unit is going strong and worked well during the height of summer heat so we are happy and would be glad to work with this company again. read more

We asked for bids from several different HVAC Companies when we decided to replace our old furnace. GOFF Heat & Cooling had the best buy for a unit that met our requirements. The install crew arrived right on time and had the entire job (tear out, reconfigure ducting & new equipment install) finished in less than a day. The crew was easy to talk to and made us feel comfortable with their professionalism. They explained everything that involved us as customers including how to set the new thermostat. All the old equipment was hauled away. After GOFF Heat & Cooling received the payment from our finance company, they returned and had all the paper work to submit the Empire Power Company Rebate. We just had a new system installed by Goff. This was an upgrade of an existing unit due to an addition to our house. Before I purchased the new system, I had six different companies come and price my new system. Goff was by far the best price and due to the rebates they were offering, I was able to upgrade to a higher seer, more efficent system for the same cost others were wanting for lesser units. The entire staff, Dale, Misty and Miranda, were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The installation process went smooth with only minor hiccup, which was addressed and corrected in a timely manor. Goff Heat and Cooling installed our new high-efficiency HVAC recently. We found their service to be professional, reliable and friendly. We enjoy our variable speed air exchanger. We have used their service in the past. After we moved here, our HVAC went out on a Friday evening. When we called another company, they never returned our call. The second company we called said they did not make emergency week-end calls. When we called Goff a person answered the call and said a technician would be out that afternoon. He came as promised. Goff Heat & Cooling installed a new heat pump system in our main house and a mini-split system in our Family Room and Sun Room additions. Their services were completed on schedule; the installation crew was well-trained and polite, answered all my many questions and gave operation instructions. The systems are great--done on time and within the quoted price, even though some additional work had to be done where the old furnace had been located. We have used Goff Heat & Cooling in the past for system repairs. Dale came out this time and assessed what was wrong with our old and inefficient unit. He gave me a breakdown of repairs and cost. After I determined that wasting more money on this unit was not the best option, Dale gave options and all upfront cost of new efficient systems.
