On the bright side: I wanted to give my fam some Sonoma County wines and thankfully found a Seghesio Zin and J Cuvee that didn't break the bank.

There's a vast collection of items, and of course, I went hunting for the cider when my partner and I arrived. There was a somewhat small collection in their back refrigerator area, but we spotted some brands we hadn't tried yet. As we made our way back to the front of the store, we simply needed to check out all of the cheese offerings they have available. The worker behind the counter was simply awesome, she was really knowledgeable about all of the cheese products and let us sample whatever we wanted to try. It was a great shopping experience and we definitely plan to return while we're in the area.

I live about 2 blocks away so it's convenient. I go here for Hennessy, Vodka, six packs of beer, bottles of wine for gifts and kegs if I'm gonna have a party. I've never had a bad experience but I suspect their prices are a little higher than some other places, it is North Haledon after all. They have everything you need alcohol related. They have a section where they have local and Kraft beers if that's your thing. You can also get whatever mixers or accessories you may need. I don't think I've ever been in a situation where I wanted to buy alcohol and I got stuck behind someone buying scratch off's or lottery tickets, I hate that.

It's sort of weird…read more There's a liquor store in the front and then, as you walk to the back (There's a sort of hallway with wine on one side and coolers with beer on the other.), there's suddenly an open doorway to a bar! Just like any other, run of the mill blue-collar tavern. But hiding inside a liquor store. Pretty neat. Anyway, their liquor and wine selection is pretty nice for a small (maybe even tiny) place. They have a few specialty whiskeys that I liked (that's what I was there for). Local wines could be found, including several wines from Warwick Valley Winery. The beer selection (all refrigerated) is also respectable. There were normal run-of-the-mill domestics and well as some things from recognizable craft breweries; mostly in 6 packs. Domestics were available in larger packs. Their counter person greeted me and offered to help without being pushy, which was lovely. I also found their prices to be lower than "Discount Liquors" around the corner, which I had been to right before. I'll be back!
