The driver was not only on time but he was 30 minutes early to pick up the kids. He was very professional and friendly. They beat the competition on price, and their service could not have been more perfect. We had a fabulous time at my son's 8th grade birthday/graduation party on Saturday, May 27th. I must admit that I am usually skeptical about "Black owned Business" through some of my own experiences, but this one was surprisingly present. The manager allowed me to view a variety of buses so that I could pic the one that I wanted and they were almost in transition to move, so I thought that was thoughtful. My big fear was that the bus wouldn't show or something would go wrong on that Memorial Weekend, but nothing did. On the day of the event, the driver came a little early so that was another nice big surprise and after that I was at ease. The driver was so accommodating and I wish I had gotten his name, but I didn't. He didn't seem phased about the roudy and loud teenagers on the bus and was quite pleasant during the whole trip and that is why he earned the $50 tip. The Party bus rental was on point and the only reason it didn't get a 5 star is because it was pricey-although this was the going rate. Well worth on my son's face when it arrived and he was "the star" of the show. read more
