Highly recommend for a party bus. I've gotten a few before and this was definitely one of the best ones. You have to be extremely careful when renting a party bus -- I've heard horror stories where huge groups meet somewhere and the bus never shows. I always write reviews for the good ones so people know who you can trust. The driver, Stacy, called me 3 days before to confirm and showed up early the day of. He was such a nice guy and was very accommodating. Booking, putting down the deposit, and paying the final amount was a breeze thanks to Allyson. The bus is great - roomy and the inside is very cool. Plenty of space for your belongings and easy music setup/connection. Worth every penny to have a group together for a few hours to have some fun and not worry about driving. read more

Wait a minute! There are NO reviews for the Fur Bus!?! I only came to their review page out of curiousity. I used them last year for our company annual trip to Lake Lanier and I'm just in the process of nailing down the details for the trip this year...and of course it involves the Fur Bus. Let me just tell you about the fabulous experience I had with them last year then. Booking was SUPER simple. They answered every single last one of my random questions and adhered to our timings/requirements perfectly. Since I live closer to the Lake than to our office downtown I drove straight to the Lake and one of my colleagues greeted the driver etc. Before the actual day of the trip I had the driver's (Ginger) number and we texted back and forth and her response's were quick. The Fur Bus driver will get to their required spot 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time...and Ginger did. When they all arrived at the Lake everyone told me about the fun trip they had on the way up. When our boat docked the Fur Bus was there. My "worse for wear" colleagues didn't phase Ginger one bit. It was a fabulous experience. Like I said, I'm just about to book again for this summer's Lake trip. read more

I'm also surprised the Furbus doesn't have more reviews as they've been here in Atlanta for a long time. I've been on the bus a few times and see them around town all the time. I've seen a couple negative reviews on here so I figured I'd add a bit about my experiences: I've been on the bus for Prom, Braves Game, and a couple different times for concerts. We had a large group each time and preferred the space a larger bus gives us over a limo. The Furbus drivers were always on time, great personalities, easily accessible when needed and most importantly - SAFE drivers. They let us play our music each time and everyone always had a great time - unless there is some random issue with one of the buses I can't see there ever being an issue with the Furbus - can't wait to use them again and I would absolutely recommend them for any event!!! read more

Holy Furbus!!! Best way to spend your Birthday with a group of friends! Ally at Furbus was incredibly helpful in planning out the evening suggesting a bar crawl. Really? How do you stay in business when you drive so reckless? On 120 your driver decided to take the shoulder to pass traffic. Not only did he have to navigate around the sign that said do not drive on the shoulder but he was speeding and cutting off traffic that almost hit him because they wanted to lawfully enter the right lane. He also continued to speed and tailgate the rest of the way towards Algood. You are lucky today that he didn't hit anyone but it seemed like he could care less even if he did. Customers should think twice about using the Furbus unless they want to risk their safety or give money to a company that is reckless behind the wheel. read more

We hired the Fur Bus to take us from Alpharetta to a concert in downtown Atlanta with a group of friends and their young children. The driver was on time, drove safely and was friendly with our group. He picked us up after the concert by parking the bus in a safe place and walking a short distance to Philips Arena to meet us so that we could avoid the worst of the traffic and the difficulty of hunting the bus down in the cold. The bus decor was fun and the seating roomie and comfortable. The only drawback is that if you have any back problems, the seating is probably not best in terms of back support. If you have back issues, we suggest asking them about whether they offer any options or bring your own pillows along for extra support. read more

We used the fur bus to a Kenny Chesney concert at the Georgia Dome. They gave us a bus with no air conditioning. It was a 90 degree day and was a very miserable ride to the concert. I will say that the Company did send another bus that the air conditioning worked and we were refunded over half of the money. However, I will never use them again. read more

6 months before my event I spoke to Allyson at Furbus about providing transportation for my bridal party. She was accommodating and we worked out a plan. She sent me a quote and I asked if I could call her to pay my deposit. I tried 3 times to call, leaving voicemails, following up with a text that said "tried to call you, left you voicemails, call back when you can so I can make the deposit" Without EVER getting a phone call back I just assumed I would pay the entire balance when the bus showed up. Fast forward to two weeks before my event, I started thinking logistics and didn't want to worry about paying the entire balance on my wedding day so I called, and emailed to find out if I could pay a few days before? I never heard back. I kept calling and finally got in touch with Allyson, which at the time I didn't realize this was who I dealt with to begin with. After looking at my confirmation she realize that no deposit has been made. Nor did she remember that she's the one who made it. and informed me that in order to continue with this reservation that I had to make the deposit now. I was not prepared to make a deposit (didn't have the correct card) and I also asked her what would've happened had I not called to even ask if I could pay the full amount. She gave me until Monday to make the deposit to which she said she would be calling me. She never called me. On Wednesday I get a phone call saying "hi I'm just following up to get your deposit". No apologies nor any responsibility taken for the lack of professionalism with me trying to pay my deposit for six months now. I told her that my fiancé would be home around 530 and that he would be calling with the payment information. He tried calling her three times none of which she answered. Something that should've been handled and taken care of and easy was not that at all. I refuse to have to worry about this on my wedding day therefore she left us, now left 16 days before my event, scrambling to find transportation for my bridal party. I am extremely disappointed in this company and especially with Allison. I would not recommend them for any event. read more
