The prices are reasonable and our driver was very professional. He kept in contact with our designated contact person and he was definitely on time. He arrived to pick us up from the hotel right at the time given. He assisted us boarding the bus and it was luxurious and clean. We brought onboard a few decorations for the birthday girl of course. There is a Bluetooth available that you can connect to your phone to play your own music which we created a playlist. Our driver was a very cautious driver and he got us to our destination safely. We had him for 3 hours and he literally waited for us, he did not leave. When we were ready he pulled right up he assisted us boarding and he dropped us back off safely to the hotel. Charles was seriously incredible! We hired a sprinter van to drop us off and pick us up from a concert at Lakewood Amphitheater, and he killed it! Picked us up right outside and got us home so fast. The traffic was terrible and without him it probably would have taken us 2 hours minimum to get home. We will be repeat customers for sure!!! read more

Update after Owner response: As I've stated before in my Google response, dont use the word slander if you do not know what it means- and by the assertion below you clearly do not. My information was in no way incorrect and the statement that "you take pride in doing whats right and ethical" is laughable. I have not even heard from you except this pathetic comment below since the incident- you dont care about my well being, never tried to replace the car, never tried to help in any way on the day or after! You didn't call me back and now continue to argue with me for the refund I rightfully deserve as per your own contract. (still a month later I have received no call). I encourage all the readers of this review to read my comments on BBB - as if you cant tell from this alone how unprofessional this guy is already. It breaks my heart that there are people like this who take advantage, and it was the most important day of my life (my own wedding). *since the owner only wants to post the response from BBB that looks like he's cooperating, I have posted the actual full dispute via photos for review. As you can see- over a month later he is still claiming no responsibility. Also -I'd like to note a lie in the below response that the limo was "100% there at my scheduled time", it was in fact late 15 minutes late for the 1st pick up. I have the ring doorbell footage with time stamp to prove that. Its also sad that you try to blame me or my schedule for your own company's misjudgment. We warned the driver twice about the road and it was ignored- resulting in the limo not showing up for me and having to ask a stranger to take me to my wedding. read more

I must say Elite Charter & Limousine is quite worthy of five stars. I would give six stars if I could. I hired them for pick up and drop service for my son's 16th Birthday. Not only were the prices reasonable but the service before and during the event were great. The party bus used was in excellent condition, well maintained and very spacious for 16 teenagers. The driver was an absolute professional. I had to add an additional pick up at the last minute and Damion (owner) quickly accommodated me. We rented the 20 person party bus for a football game. The pricing and accommodations were great. The shuttle bus was spacious and fun. Even had a stripper pole in the middle. Received back a quote on yelp shortly after requesting. Was easy working with Damion and getting the contract signed and payment through PayPal. David was our driver and he was great - very accommodating and patient with us. Would recommend and book another shuttle in the future.
