Even when the line looks long, it moves quickly and efficiently, which says a lot about how well the team manages their workflow. One thing I really appreciate is how organized the staff keeps everything. If a customer arrives without their items ready, the team politely asks them to step to the side so they can assist customers who are prepared. It's done respectfully and keeps the line moving smoothly for everyone. Because of that, I always make sure my packages are ready before I get in line. The staff here are consistently friendly, patient, and professional. Almost every time I visit, I see them helping someone step-by-step with their return, Often guiding customers through the process on their phones for companies like Amazon. They take the time to help without making anyone feel rushed or frustrated. What stands out the most is their positive attitude. When she approached me, she was in total bitch mode and was very grumpy. "Sorry if I bothered you ma'am", she replied with a grumble of sorts. What happened to customer service?? Isn't that her job?
