This was my first time here since it's the new closest drop off near me (they took out another drop off point). I always pre purchase my labels and just drop off items so I'm waiting in line to drop off my package, because there was no obvious prepaid package drop off location and when I hand it to the employee and say "it's prepaid usps" they respond with "you don't have to wait next time" so I let them know "thank you but there is no obvious drop off spot" and they didn't say anything as to where I could leave it next time so it was pretty unhelpful. It has packaging material and cards if you need to mail a package. Staff might be more helpful in that area. read more

I went in because yesterday I had a horrible experience at the UPS in Champions Gate, the owner made me cry! Ben was insanely patient and worked with me to help take care of my unique situation. He even went above and beyond to fix the horrible time I had at the other location. If I could hire a Ben to work for me, I would in a heartbeat. Thank you Ben. My second time using their services and they do not disappoint. The first time was mailing a cable box back to Xfinity Comcast and they gave much needed advice about saving my receipts for verification. Today I unfortunately had to use them to print flyers for our lost cat. Within 2 hours we distributed many of our flyers and had a call that she was spotted 4 house over the night before. I've had to utilize this store several times this week for printing, notarization and shipping and the service was EXCELLENT! The 1st time the line got long fast and the one person working the front called to the back for help and the line was gone in a few minutes! What a waste of a business, drop off my package to be return to Samsung and the clueless representative Joyce lost my package, when I asked where to make a claim their answer was "we are not UPS and we can't do anything". I wish they would tell customer that they are not responsible for anything since they are not UPS and only a third party. I like to thank their entire staff for being so useless, it does help to appreciate the people who actually take pride in their job. read more

Ben Bacon, the manager, was exceptional! He went out of his way to print up business cards for my friend from France before she left the country. He gave us great ideas that made the cards come out perfectly! He was great with emailing the proof and printing the cards within an hour. The two male employees of 5556 store are incredibly unprofessional and very rude. One of them just yelled at me from the top of his lungs, and second (I believe the manager) was agreeing with the guy. All this took place in front of my kid, the child was so scared that he forgot his ice cream there. read more

I came in to drop off a package that already had the paid shipping label attached. Even though there was a line, the employees acknowledged everyone walking in. The associate that took my bag was nice enough to make sure I didn't leave without a receipt with the tracking number on it. I've been in previous times and it's always been a pleasant experience. read more

Amazing customer service!!! I had the impossible task of scanning, formating, and printing one wedding invitation onto another, and Ben stepped up to tackle the task head on. Not only did he pull off the perfect invitation, after a lot of effort on his part, but he gladly spent the time to do our RSVP cards as well. If I could gibe 0 stars I would. I went to this location to get very important papers notarized, while there the lady with long black hair, Hispanic, asked me if I wanted them to mail it since I was already there, I told her this needs to be delivered by the following Monday the latest (was in store the previous Wednesday), she told me "no worry, it show on my screen it will actually be delivered this Friday" so I told her perfect, she made me pay and gave me a tracking # through usps. Today the 11th, a week and a half later the letter has not been delivered, the post office tried on the Saturday to deliver (not Friday like I was told by UPS), but the office was closed since it was Saturday and returned to the post office. I went to the post office, they told me UPS should have never told me Friday as it was not a guaranteed. Now I had to go to 3 different post office to find my letter, did not meet the deadline it was supposed to be delivered on and really screwed me. I called UPS (advised by a usps supervisor) and this same lady answered and stated she never promised me anything and that she knows what she said to me and promising me Friday is not what she said. If this letter that was super important had to be delivered by the following Monday, I would have never left it with her not knowing when it would have been delivered, so she lied just for business. Thanks a lot for screwing someone pretty bad just for your $23. read more
