    This is probably a fine business in its own right, but I'm giving this place 5 stars because (A)…read moreThey were there when I needed help getting out of a bind and (B) They basically opened up their store more than 2 hours after they normally close, just to take care of me. I found out at about 8:15 p.m. on a Tuesday that I needed to pack and ship a package. I was leaving on business very early the next morning and would be gone for several days, so I needed to get this shipped that evening. Even the post offices that stay open late close by 6 so that was out, FedEx/Kinkos was out because I don't have an extra testicle, which is what it would've cost to ship this heavy box using FedEx, so my only hope was to find a store that ships packages via UPS or USPS. I remember seeing this place along US1 in the plaza where TGI Fridays and Pier 1 Imports are located. I boxed everything up and headed out, hoping they were open (I couldn't remember the name of the place and couldn't find them in the few Google searches I did, so I couldn't call ahead). I arrived just after 9, the "OPEN" sign was still lit, and the door was unlocked. I walked in, thinking that maybe they were supposed to close at 9. I saw 2 people (the owners I think) in the back, and a chain gate was pulled 1/2 way across the hallway between the front of the business and the area where the sales counter is located. I asked if they were still open and pointed toward the "OPEN" sign that was still lit up. The man looked up and said "We close at 7 on weekdays". I asked if he could help me out, and I nicely explained again that I stopped because his open sign was still on. He smiled and said "You can come in". The woman who was working there was friendly and took care of me quickly, and because of their kindness I could relax knowing that these things were shipped before I left the next morning. That's customer service at its best! As far as the store, they sell boxes, tape and packaging products, they can ship via UPS, USPS and FedEx and they also sell stamps. I also believe you can drop items off to them and they will package them up for you and ship them. The next time I need shipping supplies or need to ship items, I'll be coming here for sure; They've earned my business. Come to think of it, I think I'll also send them one of the "You've been Yelped" cards as well!

    My intention is to make all potential costumer to be aware of this company. If you decide to do…read morebusiness with Elite Graphics, you will encounter LACK OF COMMUNICATION, POOR COSTUMER SERVICE, UNPROFESSIONALISM and much more. The way they PLAY WITH YOUR MONEY is unacceptable. So, I found Elite Graphics on google, called them and I was able to get in contact with Tom (the owner). Quickly he arranged a meeting for the same day and I placed an order with him, as in the meeting he projected as a very professional business owner. I was promised that the shirts I ordered Sept 27 were going to be ready within 2 weeks. Which in fact I received October 22. In those 4 weeks I tried to contact Tom several times and when I say several I mean it!! I have a business to run and when I placed an order is because I need the items for my business. I'd text, email, call, I'd try every possible way of communication with them and nothing. All the orders you place with them you MUST PAY IN ADVANCE, NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, nothing!! So, there I was waiting for my paid in full polos 4 weeks and not getting reached at by no one in the company. This happened several times, as I kept trying to make it work with them and placed a couple of more orders. Things just got worse every time. Items were taking longer and longer, when they promised 2-3 weeks wait. No one answers the phones, I'd call the company phone, Tom's personal cellphone, email Tom, Gabi (design manager), the company email and NOTHING. No one was able to face me and give me an explanation or at least just tell me polos were backed order or something, I just wanted to be able to get in contact with someone to get an answer. THEY PLAY WITH YOUR BUSINESS AND YOUR MONEY. When you finally receive your items there is always something wrong, if it's not the sizing, it's the quantities, the color, the logo, always something. They are unable to follow instructions. Here I am, still waiting for items from an order that was placed FEB 6 and that I probably will never get. The way they handle their company is like they do not care to make money or to build a reputation. Do not believe their promises, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, CHARGE YOU IN ADVANCE AND LEAVE YOU WAITING FOR YOUR THINGS FOR MONTHS WITHOUT AN EXPLANATION AND NO ONE TO REACH OUT TO. They do not answer to emails, text or phone calls. Conveniently, they always have a "problem with the company phone".
