Only issue was that his computer froze up completely upon scanning my items for the return- had to wait a few minutes for it to restart. There is no world class service at this store. These employees are always miserable ! Pls take them out of their misery and hire people who want to work ! I dread going there and unfortunately I have to go at least 3 times a week!! I greet them with a good morning but no one answers back . I say thank you and no answer ! Shame on them all!! The girl is just unbearable and the tall guy is as well. You have to guess if they can take you or not! There is no eye contact always always miserable !! The other week I was having troubles with my packages. A young lady came by to help me, but she had brushed past me to help my husband. I was thinking nothing of it, until the fact that she had became extra flirtatious towards him. Mind you, I was only there to ship 2 orders and ask other questions in mind. When she finished handling our packages, she was doing PDA to another young coworker who seemed to be a boyfriend on the job. This is one of my regular spots when I print out large format (24"x36" and 30"x42") drawings for work and all of the prints have been of good quality. Turnaround is reasonable as well, with a maximum of 12 hours from when I email my files during those nights at the office to having the actual printed paper in hand. Unlike the post office, service is always pleasant. Of course, I've also used this UPS store when I need to ship out packages (mostly dog gifts but anyway.) My only complaint is that I wish it was open later (7, 730PM please)! read more

Love this UPS store! They are very efficient at dealing with Amazon returns. Please, please open up on Sundays! I never seem to be able to get there throughout the week and Saturday has limited hours. There is always a lineup here, not because they aren't fast, but hours on the weekend are limited so everyone has to cram to get there on Saturday. read more

Many years coming here. New girl Valentina help me and I am very disappointed in the service. Return a large shoe box from Amazon. Took to return like always. She didn't want to accept because we need the original box. She offer to sell me a box. I then made my husband go home to bring back the package which happen to be just a nylon bag it came in all broken. . So in the end they took it. I also called amazon and they told me that they should accept it without the box. They just holding on to what the label from amazon says but it's the same one all on all return. FYI I have received from amazon 1 box with many items inside and when I return of corse boxes are not going to match. Also received shoes with just tape and a label on it with no box. Bottom line: I have used this place with ease for years. Ans drop of items here without any issues and many without boxes for that matter. read more

Lakes Postal charged me $ 5.00 to send a five page fax which I shortly found out did not go through. The UPS Store charged me $ 2.25 for the same 5 page fax which did go through. The guys and gals working here are great. Quick fast friendly service, and they were so understanding of my situation. Had to get about 20 pages worth of notaries done, and instead of charging me 200 or 300 dollars like every other place, they did it at a reasonable cost. Also I'm a student so every little bit helps. This was great in the beginning when I opened my box in 2017. After that service nosedived. I have gotten other people's mail that box number that was completely different from mine, they have lost certified mail that they signed for and just flat out doesn't care. When the old guy was there it ran like a business but I guess his kid took over and the service sucks with a side of IDGAF. If you are looking for a reliable place especially for business mail then this ain't it. read more

Call the office to see if they offer the service that FedEx did not. The staff member that picked up the phone was informative and polite.
