He was here for some time as he worked meticulously, but he was professional, courteous, and an incredibly respectful young man! He included us in the process, communicating everything he was doing and why, explained the entire process knowledgably and helpfully. The weather wasn't great so the lawn was wet, but Erik literally wiped his feet every single time and even wore booties to protect our floors.
