Of course this was over 24 hours so I couldn't get an exchange or refund. The associate offered to give me a discount on a new one(third bar), so I decided to try a different brand. Surprise, this one was dead out of the box. Luckily I was still at the store. I decided shopping here was too sketchy and just went with a return instead of an exchange. As I left, I noticed the discount they offered was never processed. AND the person who was in line behind me was also coming in to return a defective puff bar. I'm out $40-$50 on the first 2 defective bars. I will definitely be advising my friends not to shop here, be for sure won't be back myself.
