I don't tell many people this as it is my biggest embarrassment, but I've been smoking for a little over ten years. I have thought about quitting a million times, but despite every non-smoker's chimes of "you should quit" "that's really bad for you" etc (seriously people, stop doing that), I never actually wanted to. I finally reached my point of ready. I was suddenly disgusted when I picked up a cigarette, and couldn't stop staring at how my teeth were darkening from the white they once were. The first moment I could, I googled an ecigarette shop. This one was closest to my house and had great reviews, so seemed good enough. It was so much better than good enough, made entirely possible by the man who was working today and helped me. I didn't get his name, but he had longer hair and glasses and was the only one in the shop today around 1:00PM. He took at least an hour out of his day to explain every single thing about how a vape pen works, what parts do what functions, how to load and use, unique features of the one I bought in particular, and having me try a hundred flavors until I found one I enjoyed. He allowed me to practice opening and shutting the childproof pen as often as it took for me to get it, and used amazing metaphors that put the whole experience into perspective for me and made concepts that were difficult for me easier to understand. All of this in response to me coming in and just saying "I smoke, I don't want to anymore, and I have no idea where to start". I don't think I've received customer service this good anywhere. If this was a restaurant I would come every day and request for him to be my server. As it is, any time I need any supplies I will skip the convenience of online ordering in favor of coming here because Cignot deserves repeat customers. This business clearly has employees that value their customers and products, and I can't imagine I would have had close to the amazing experience I did anywhere else. read more

First let me say, I am a 54 year old women who is trying to quit smoking after over 30 years. I happen to try a vape pen purchased at a local ecig store and became hooked with the concept. I decided I needed a different style pen and different juice and happen to be in the plaza that Cignot is in. A very nice young gentlemen, Joe greeted me and I explained my situation. Joe spent a good 30 minutes with me testing juices and explaining how everything worked to me. I never ever felted rushed and the store is quaint and clean. The selection was outstanding and he actually took the time to listen to my needs and found the perfect juice and pen for me!! I can't thank him enough. Absolutely great customer service. Oh and they have the cutest little drip tips! To those that do not know how to find the shop. Here's the best way. They are on the Northeast corner of Ward and 64th. Right behind Starbucks. Turn right into the Plaza (in front of 7-11) and stay to your right. They are in that first strip on the right. Really easy!! It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure it out. This place is awesome! I'm new to this whole ecig/vaping thing, but the people in there are wildly helpful. I got setup with a whole system, for less than I expected. They walked me through all the different options, and dealt with me while I tried all the different systems. And didn't roll their eyes when I went back and forth. I'm sure you can order this stuff online, but it's so much nicer to actually walk into a place and have the people help you out. Not to mention it's great to be able to try flavors and actually hold things in your hand before forking out the cash for it. I'd certainly recommend this place to anyone who wants to try this stuff out. Unrelated to this place, since getting my vape pen from them I haven't gone back to smoking cigarettes. Seriously these things are fantastic. I can taste food again, and my clothes don't stink. I won't ever smoke cigarettes again. Cool cozy spot right next to my work place. I had a problem replacing the coil for a newly purchased tank and other shops doesn't seem to know how to get it done. Sad to say but this used to be one of my favorite shops. There was a pimple faced kid working there today who was an absolute jerk when I came in. I'll never stop back in. Maybe I'm wrong but when did you guys start charging for samples? He claimed he was the "veteran" but him and his friends were way high and acted like I shouldn't be in there. During the week you have some awesome employees. This guys was straight up dumb and arrogant. Good luck cignot. Keeping employees like that on hand will drive away your business. Best vape store in Denver. I have sat next to strangers on airplanes and we have discussed how amazing this store is. Always so friendly and helpful. I didn't get a box, but paid the price for the deluxe box without any of the things that were supposed to be included. The store broke up factory-sealed vaporizer battery sets made by E-leaf and then charged me separately for all of the parts. I found out after visiting a dozen other stores who told me it was supposed to be sold as a set. I didn't even get a charger and was charged extra for the free tank adapter. I went back to address it with them and their sole response was, "Oh, really?". They don't want my repeat business there apparently. I won't be back. read more

Seems whenever I would go to a Vapor shop they were all the same.. - black walls, full of vapor, sweaty, cracked out guys telling you every flavor is their favorite & trying to up sell you at every turn. This place was clean, well lit, both guys there were knowledgable and gave me the info that I needed.
