Came to this smoke shop as one of the first stops on my vacation. We got our goodies, and all we needed was some glass. Called ahead of time to make sure they have what I was looking for. When I arrived I was helped immediately and was shown what I wanted. I picked a piece in my price change. Upon check out the cashier noticed the down stem was broken so they tried to find a replacement, they were out of stock on any that down stems for this size so we settled for one that barely fit, that was fine for me, even though it had about half an inch protruding from the down stem. Fast forward to 6 hours later we arrive at Estes park And unpacked our luggage and finally get some time to relax. My wife and I start to have our session, and no longer then 15 min into it the shaft of the bong literally separates from just picking it up (as seen in pictures). We were so disappointed to have paid for this when we'd typically get something a lot better quality for this price (California). Understanding the way a business works is key for me as I own my own business, so I call immediately in the morning when they open and explained the situation to the manger. The only thing the man was able to do was ask me to bring it in for a "possible discount". When I tried explaining the situation and telling him I was over a hour away he told me it's too bad, and that he's the highest associate I can talk to as far as management. I can't talk to the owner, not even leave my phone number so she can contact me. I even offered to email the same photos so I did not have to travel an hour just so they could "maybe see if they could do something for me". This isn't a normal circumstance so I was hoping they would get in touch with me to see what we can do, but they clearly can't work with you once they have your money, remember all sales are final lmao. I feel like the other review is really unfair for a single stop in. Some of the customer service isnt amazing, but it's not bad this shop usually has the gear for the weird brand tanks I get for my vape. Its basically the only one in the metro area that carries certain coils, which means when I burn one out I make the 30 minute trek up there instantly. The prices are fair, you can always find cheaper online of course but they dont run more than other shops. Staff is fairly knowledgeable. read more

I drove by this place a few times because i work nearby. I went in today to check it out. Clean set up but terrible customer service. I wanted to buy a simple hand torch lighter. Not a big torch and I relayed that to the man when i asked him if he had any he said all the torches i have were over by the area you were looking at in the most disrespectful and manner. Mind you I want rude or anything. I quietly waited until he finished with his customers abs then asked him. But water the ride customer service I didn't say anything and just walked out.
