Other services are fully insured and provide fully documented insurance and liability which gives the comfort of not worrying. I'm giving a 2 star because it was a hassle to just deal with them from the beginning. No actual work was ever done. Here's why: I phoned multiple times (at least 6 calls) to set up snow removal for the season. I talked with one person multiple times who said I needed to speak with another person and to expect a call. No response after 10 days. Phoned back. It took over a week again to hear from anyone. The person who ultimately phoned called while I was driving back from Illinois. They asked for my email address. I started to give it to them. They stopped me in the middle of providing my email address to say just text it over and use "this number". I again explained that I'm driving and won't be stopping for hours. Literally wouldn't take time to get my email to send over a contract. Never have had this happen. As I thought might happen, I was too tired to do anything but get dinner on the table, finish some work and didn't even know which number was theirs by the time I thought of it. Ultimately, I opted not to exert so much effort to have a business accept work. They were referred to me by my neighbor who started with them 3 years ago. I hope they figure out better communication methods at least.
