Mr. Eric, Ms. Lindsey, and the rest of their brilliant crew have been working on a multi-year project for me putting in hardscape, including grading and, ultimately, changing (soft-scaping) our two acres from lawn to native plants+wildlife flower garden. Eric and crew are experts on native plants. The more I read about "lawns," the more I cringe every time I pass one on the road. Lawns, being non-native plants, they are animal-torturers -- ironically, lawns passively mow down animals. Think of lawns as efficient animal-disposal machines. Do the planet (and your neighborhood) a favor and make your land friendly to critters by insisting on native plants. Native plants and animals evolved together over millions of years, so when one's land doesn't have native plants, wildlife starves, all the way up and down the food-chain. Lawns are gasoline- and water-guzzlers. The lawn industry uses up a humongous amount of petroleum products merely in lawn-mowing. I am a "Gone the Lawn" person now. Lawns are appropriate ONLY under certain circumstances, like one is a croquet fanatic. I never knew that gardening was year-round. April is the month everyone waits for, but planning starts the previous autumn. Eric's physically-demanding season winds down in mid-November, so let him see your plot before the snows hide the land. Autumn is the best time to start brainstorming the design phase for the following April. Eric and crew are not only landscapers but artists.

Their…read morecustomer service was okay but they did not give the cost of diagnostics on their online tool or when I dropped the vehicle off. I gave them the error code I had received already and they told me what the issue was. However everything I had read on the code explained that my make/model can list it for several reasons. I got a quick return phone call stating it was that issue but I doubted their sincerity in diagnosing the issue. I decided to have it repaired at the dealership. With my over the phone description, the dealership also had it's doubts that the code was accurate. They would have to test a few things to be for sure. Also they called to tell me that the appointment I booked online could not be honored and left a vm. It asked my preferred method of contact and I said text message not phone call. I work 3rd shift and also have to call my inbox to retrieve messages. My previous vm app was discontinued and I am still looking for one I like. So they are by no means terrible but I would rather not risk my repairs with someone that I am not familiar with and is not completely transparent.

We have used multiple suppliers and Ace is by far the most responsible and friendly mulch delivery service. Their staff is extremely friendly and help in any way possible. When we call, they make every effort to deliver when we are available since we like to be home. They provide the price + tax so that we can pay they when the delivery is done. The mulch is always placed where we request. We have recommended them to all of our neighbors and friends.

As luck would have it, one of the delivery guys was about to do a delivery in my area and was able to deliver mulch within that hour! I was so impressed and very happy.
