Then I was told that it would be ready in 2 weeks, which it wasn't so then I went back and he told me it would be another two weeks and so on and so on. Then he told me just yesterday that he sent the ring off and he did not get permission from me or my fiance to send it off because I was told that he was going to replace the stone in the ring himself and that he ordered the ring so then he told me to come back today between 2:00 and 3:00 and when I got there he wasn't there but his wife was and I was told that he would be back in 10 minutes so I waited. And once he got there he got mad because he did not have the ring or the replacement ring, which my fiance did not want a replacement ring because she wanted her original engagement ring. Then I was told to leave his store or he was going to call security and he was going to bring me my money and he did after making me wait outside of his store because he was embarrassed that he had done this to other customers that were actually in the store at that time. But he did not realize that my daughter was recording him the whole time so he cannot deny any of this and his actions as well. With all the homeless people on the streets (which I don't remember from my last visit about seven years ago), I wasn't comfortable wearing $40K in Cartier jewelry. So, I left and I won't be back...to Finkelstein's or Asheville. It's best to visit Biltmore; stay at their Hotel, Village, or Cottage; and leave Asheville.
