The first time I went here was because of a recommendation from a friend. I went here to get my engagement ring resized and had such a fabulous experience. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I got my ring resized which I assumed would be very expensive because it has many gemstones and has an asymmetrical band. They were able to do the resizing in about a week and it was very affordable. When I got my ring back, they gave me suggestions to help keep my ring in great shape, the most helpful so far being to not sleep with it on. They also told me that I can stop by anytime to get a free cleaning. Since then, I've been in probably five times to get the ring cleaned. I'm always in shock at how beautiful it looks after the cleaning. Being an art teacher, it gets really dirty pretty quickly. It's always a good feeling to know that if I have ten extra minutes downtown, they can get it looking like new in no time. As mentioned, I've never bought jewelry here but I wish I could afford to because they have a unique, absolutely beautiful selection of jewelry on display. The store front is pretty small but the jewelry that they do have is all really awesome.

Then I was told that it would be ready in 2 weeks, which it wasn't so then I went back and he told me it would be another two weeks and so on and so on. Then he told me just yesterday that he sent the ring off and he did not get permission from me or my fiance to send it off because I was told that he was going to replace the stone in the ring himself and that he ordered the ring so then he told me to come back today between 2:00 and 3:00 and when I got there he wasn't there but his wife was and I was told that he would be back in 10 minutes so I waited. And once he got there he got mad because he did not have the ring or the replacement ring, which my fiance did not want a replacement ring because she wanted her original engagement ring. Then I was told to leave his store or he was going to call security and he was going to bring me my money and he did after making me wait outside of his store because he was embarrassed that he had done this to other customers that were actually in the store at that time. But he did not realize that my daughter was recording him the whole time so he cannot deny any of this and his actions as well. I'm warning you guys to stay away from Jewel Pro because they are crooked and they will take your money and never give you a call back and you will wait for months on in to even get your jewelry back if that.

My last experience was walking into a store, having the Clerk install my battery and walking out. That was certainly not the case here. To the almost 30 minutes, it took to get my information when I dropped the watches off; to being told my watches would be done on Wednesday, only to call on Thursday, to be told that they were done, but someone needed to call me before I could pick them up!That call finally came in on Friday. And when I have needed batteries for these particular watches before , every time the jeweler has always set the time. The time was not set on either of these watches and I spent the morning googling how to do it. When we walked in the store, we really had no clue what style rings we were looking for. Darren took his time with us as we looked and looked. We found a style of ring we liked for the bride, in one of his showcases. Darren took the style, our ideas, his suggestions and designed a beautiful setting. For my ring, I found a style on a one of the website that he suggested I look at. Again he took the style, our thoughts, along with his suggestions and my ring came out awesome. Darren was also super fast in making each of the waxes(what the ring will look like, but it is made of wax-so changes can be made if needed), having the two waxes ready for our approval, casting the rings, polishing, setting the stones, and everything else that goes into having two absolutely amazing rings completed.
