Eventually, I figured out that the only option was to contact Corina in the office, talk to her, and have her relay whatever it was to her workers. I finally gave up on them when I came home to find the workers just arriving. As the workers entered, my dog excitedly came running to see what was going on (as he always does). The worker than threw a coil of heavy vacuum cleaner hose at him!!!! I have no idea if they had been mistreating him this way all along, but that was the last time they set foot in my house.

I got a lot of blame from Corina (if you had asked us before the vacuum was emptied, etc) and not a lot of apology which is typical of them. I've used cleaning services for years and never had something disappear. It happened with this company so I would never use them again.

I purposely hadn't dusted or cleaned when I tidied up and put things away over the weekend so I could tell just how good they were. Their work was impeccable! All of the surfaces were scrubbed clean, even items I didn't think were dirty were shining!
