Sean provided absolutely outstanding service. He treated my car like it was his own and was very careful with how he handled it. Additionally, he wound up helping me in a totally unexpected way after he came by a second time. After disconnecting the shift cable from the transmission to do some maintenance work, I was unable to reconnect it. I was expecting that he would once again tow my car to my mechanic as he did the first time around. However, when he arrived at my house, he offered to take a look and was able to reconnect the cable. He went WAY over and above, and saved me several hundred dollars that my mechanic would have charged me. Unfortunately for me, the shop they suggested was about 10 miles away, and they charge $10 per mile. I later learned there was a shop that was open under the same company that was about 2 miles away. Being that they are a towing company, I would think they know what shops are available around the island. I feel taken advantage of and scammed into paying $80 more than I had to, on top of an already astronomical fee of $230 for the truck to come. If you're good in a crisis and know the nearest tire shop and have no other option than to tow your car with a towing company, then I guess this company wouldn't be so bad.

I was pleasantly surprised by their price, professionalism and honesty. They came when promised in the rain. The tech was so polite considering the crappy weather he has to work in. On the down side their ad stated they can meet or beat any advertised price when I stated a lower price the gentleman informed me he could not match or beat the price I got.
