I was spoken to with a condescending disrespecting tone. Staff told me that my insurance was inactive (it's not), and that I would be charged the full out-of-pocket amount even if it were active. She said if insurance was indeed verified by another search, even if before my appointment, I would be have to be charged, and then reimbursed. She was really nasty and dismissive. She saw another guy about a year before that in the same practice who didn't even show her the xray, bum-rushed her in to thinking she needed knee surgery, and then when we came back to talk about it, he chastized her for not being "ready" (presumably emotionally? Or he thought we were making light of it by asking questions? I don't know.) So thank you, Dr. Wild, for providing kind care and a simple resolution to my mother's knees, because ultimately she just had a little arthritis and some worn out cartilage. Physical Therapy is about YOU wanting to get better, no therapist can do it for you. I have been working out all my life and they showed me exercises and stabilization techniques that I'd never seen or read before. During my therapy routine, I've never had a problem getting advice on proper form or technique and I'm always given personal assistance when needed. One of the therapists there is widely known among the Michigan Orthopedic Surgeon community. He brought kettle-bell and cross-fit training into the therapy arena before it was the "fashionable" workout fad. And they have treated several professional and amateur athletes, some even come just to train and improve (non medical related). If you want Physical Therapy in a comfortable, friendly environment, then this is the place to go. If you want someone to wave a magic wand and make you all better, find a magician or a clown.

I had completed 2 courses of physical therapy, been given pain medicine, had an MRI and nothing was taking away the pain. My doctor's solution was pain medicine. I prefer a drug-free approach to pain relief, so I requested to see a chiropractor. Hesitantly my doctor agreed. Dr. Kendall worked with my insurance company to get a global referral, after my physician's office said he was not covered. He made an immediate appointment for me and started cold laser therapy. The relief started quickly. I continued seeing him for several months as he continued working to realign my spine and relieve the pain. Throughout this time he managed the paperwork with the insurance company, keeping me out of it as much as possible. Even when the insurance company was not paying the bills Dr. Kendall continued my treatment and treated me with complete professionalism and respect. The insurance paid a portion of what was billed. Dr. Kendall considered that payment in full. Dr. Kendall is a gem. He has a personal attachment to his patients and cares about each one. He understands chiropractic medicine and believes he can help others with his 30+ years experience. He does not ask you to become a weekly patient for realignments. Simply to work with him to create a healthy schedule that will work for you. Every time I came into Dr. Kendall's office I was greeted immediately. No matter what. On more than one occasion, I arrived ahead of my appointment by at least 30 minutes. I still received attention without any wait. He is extremely conscientious of being considerate of other's time. Marc worked my back and realigned a few vertebrae that were off due to all the moving activities. He also helped align my hips, worked joints in my knees and ankles, loosened my neck.
