Management and new ownership took over in March of 2020 and has allowed a septic tank failure to flood residents yards for months with zero action. While improving, management has had numerous water shut offs with no prior notification to tennants. They are trying to improve but new to Oregon and apparently are slowly learning the laws within the areas they have chosen to expand. Management by Monte Christo Communities has been a disaster for the tennants of this park. They failed to evict a single tenant for rule violations blaming the Covid moratorium. They fail to enforce rules and refuse to place a resident manager on sight while there is drug dealing and overdoses and related excessive traffic at all hours of the night. They have lots of empty spaces at the moment but that may be to reasons other than the sewage and other issues. Maybe they are trying to lose money for some reason or just legally cannot allow any more tennants in the park. Either way it is unusual to see so many open spaces during a housing shortage. read more
