The worst drivers! The blow stop signs, cut people off, tail gate etc. Tonight they have 3 cars illegally parked in my neighborhood for hours. I have an elderly parent that may need medical attention and they don't care! Mind you they are livery and cannot park as it's illegal! One in my driveway, one in a neighbors driveway who has handicapped signs and another in front of a hydrant! They cursed her out when she asked them to move. Stood in the rain 15 minutes, called to check on cab, was told he'd be right there. A few minutes later the driver called me and said he was waiting. I said I was standing by the street and I didn't see a cab, I was waving, did he see me? He asked if I were on a different street, and I read the street signs at the corner to him. He said I must be on a different street, shouted at me loud enough to make my ear ring for minutes afterward, finished with "You are in the wrong place!" and hung up on me. Car 8109 decided to try to run me off the road today along with 3 kids in my car on Raymond Blvd. When I called dispatch they said someone would be calling me shortly...been a few hours and nobody called me, so I called them. They placed me on hold for 15min until I called back and nobody answered, so I called form a different number. They answered. I'll be filing a police report later today. Thanks! Horrible company. For anyone looking for a car service, please do yourself a favor and go with another company. They tend to leave passengers waiting outside after being told that the car is picking them in 5 minutes. Sometimes the dispatcher wont answer the line when you try to call to see if your car is coming or if they do, he/she tends to have an attitude. What happened to costumer service?? Some drivers are polite, but some have attitudes and whats even worst they are always on the phone texting while driving you to your destination. And don't even think about bringing this up to the driver. My driver this morning called me twice in the same minute letting me know he was outside. I got in the cab and he had a racist rant while screaming and shaking. Blurring things out like "yeah i'm racist f*** n****** that n***** was honking at me I had to call you so many times..." This went on for my whole 8 minute ride. He didn't have change for a $10, grabbed my money as angry as ever, ran to a bakery to get change, my bill was $5 he kept $6 because he was doing me a service running out for change. Did not personally use this service but was in traffic with one of their cars. Total disregard for anyone else on the road, very aggressive driving and a danger to the people around them. Aggressively did not allow me to merge in front of them even though it was my turn, and caused more issues to the flow of traffic than necessary leaving me to be stuck in the middle of an intersection. If you're thinking about using this service, I would reconsider or at the very least make sure to securely buckle your seatbelts!!! read more

The service of this car service has gotten worse. They tell you a car will arrive within five minutes and they never show up. You see empty cabs from this company pass you by and when you try to flag them down they pass you by and pickup other people who just got to your location before you. When you tell them you had called for a cab, they tell you that the other passenger called too, but they can't even tell you what their phone number is. Seems they are very discriminatory as to who they pick up. This time they lost my business for good. Don't waste your time calling them because you'll be waiting forever for a car, that will never show up. Tonight I took home a different car service after waiting 15 minutes for a Gold Lincoln car, and nobody called me in the entire time it took to get me home. Glad I didn't stick around. They in effect, running a scam with one of the airport hotels (the Wyndham Garden). I called the hotel front desk for a "taxi" The car that arrived was a beat up cab with a deep and wide gash in the back seat and a driver who barely spoke any english. Once onboard the driver requested that I fill out my credit card information and sign the paper without disclosing the price. After I returned the paper the driver called it up and charged my account. I realized then that there was no meter and no fare card. I was charged 28 dollars from the Wyndham to penn station - nearly twice the flat rate for a taxicab from the airport to penn station and doubtlessly much more than a meter taxi. Then I checked the company website and, despite the torn up and utterly crappy appearance of the cab, they held themselves out as a tacky limo company online! Clearly the set up was designed to deceive the customer into believing that this was a taxi and then to collect an inflated fare without prior agreement. If you need a cab in Newark try somewhere else, this companies practices are dishonest. read more

If there was a "0 star" rating, I would give it here. This is the worst taxi company I have ever had the displeasure to use. They quoted me $120 to get to La Guardia. I got in, and told the woman to take me as quickly as possible because I had very little time to spare. I don't know if she didn't speak english, or she simply hated me because I breathed air, but she clearly didn't take my request into consideration when she fiddled with the radio, air conditioning before taking off. I told her I don't want radio, I just want to MAKE MY FLIGHT. First, she was pretty inept. She didn't realize there would be signs at the airport for "Delta", because she kept trying to type specifically "Delta terminal" into her outdated Garmin GPS device. I told her to just get to the airport then follow signs, so she then hid her gps behind her thigh and tried to type it again. Meanwhile, she is driving in the SLOW LANE. At one point, she got off the main free way and proceeded to get completely LOST in TRAFFIC. Why would she get off the freeway? I can only conclude she was trying to make me miss my flight. We finally get to the airport, and I hand her my credit card. She says it'll be $160 and I say "no, you and the hotel both told me $120". She then locks the doors (LOCKS ME INSIDE) and calls her guy to run my card. She manually reads the numbers out... She tells me they quoted me $160 when I know for a fact they quoted me $120. She says "but the tolls" and I say "we would have had tolls regardless of whether I pay cash or card, now you said $120 and that is all I am authorizing you to charge". I missed my flight. They charged me $166. I call them a few days later, get passed around several times by extremely rude operators, get put on hold for minutes... so now here I am being forced to leave a terrible review. I wish I had used UBER. The operator's license is 8012. read more

Very poor experience unfortunately. Dispatcher struggled with English and ended up sending cab 20 minutes earlier than discussed - even though I confirmed the time with her twice. Usually they're good but for some reason lately they don't call when they're downstairs and lately they haven't even been showing up. I needed to go to a dentist appointment and I called 30 min before I needed to make the train. Needless to say no one showed. I called 3 times and no one answered. I ended up walking. Recently used them for a ride from downtown Newark to the airport. Car appeared at the appointed time. The driver was helpful with the luggage. The car was clean. Quoted price on phone was what was requested at the end of the ride. Completely unremarkable -- everything was fine -- which is how I like cab rides to go. read more

I take taxis all the time. I also work in the downtown Newark area so I know exactly what the fare is from let's say, broad and market to Springfield avenue in Irvington where I live. It's between $15-18. This company charged me $25. I was outraged that they tacked on another third of the fare but it was 2 a.m. and they don't use metered taxis, so I had no safer options. The service was sub par at best for a limo service. I was slightly annoyed when we came to the entrance of my apartment building and he asked if he had to go in, like I would be walking anywhere for the price I paid. I'm just happy I got home in a safe and timely manner. But I won't be taking this "limousine service" anymore. read more

They talk about you in spanish assuming that you do not speak the language; I do and wow, the disrespect is baffling.They don't stop at stop signs and have ran red lights multiple times. I have almost gotten into accidents because of them. If you call to complain about their service they basically shrug it off. They truly do not care. They do whatever they want, whenever they want. The drivers also charge randomly. I have lost count as to how many times they have tried to play me for my money. They're theives. If you call them out on their mistakes they will actually decline providing service to you. You can be justified in your complaints and frustration but it doesn't matter to this company.
