I was going to book with Carmel, but there were too many negative Yelp reviews that looked accurate. Then I tried another car service that wouldn't take dogs from NYC to Sayville, Long Island. Ultimate really is the ultimate: friendly, courteous service; constantly keeping me informed. The car had two rows of plush seating in back and was immaculate.
