I was so nervous because my brows grow so crazily and like all women I'm particular about how they look. I came in with a laundry list of what I didn't want and very little of what I wanted, and if you know me I'm very blunt about my likes and dislikes. Natetisha was so patient and helpful in trying to understand what I wanted my brows to look like and she nailed it! She was very thorough in answering all my questions and explaining what she was doing every step of the way. In addition to her professionalism and skill with creating my Ombre'd brows, she was so personable and fun to talk to. It felt like I was chatting with one of my girls. In the blink of an eye 3 hours of brow-shading and talking had passed then she held up a mirror and I let out a very loud "OH MY GOSH I LOVE THEM!" Not saying I doubted her but I was prepared for the worst and was instantly filled with joy at how pretty they looked (I promise I'll share a picture but I look busted and have sunscreen on my face that makes me look ashy). Coming here was the highlight of my day Natetisha truly has a gift for making you look and feel beautiful and you can tell she loves what she does and this is her passion! I always get compliments on my lashes as to how natural and classy they are. She is knowledgeable and her work space is always clean and welcoming. The quality of the lashes is great and I barely feel them even though I get volume sets. Unless she moves or closes her business, I will continue to come to her.

I got a lash lift from Tori on 3/2/19…read more It was my first time getting a lash lift, so I didn't know what to expect. The process was quick, but when she was done working on my lashes, I saw only the slightest of changes. She had assured me that they would be curlier the next day, so I went on my way. The next day, after all the proper aftercare (no steam, water, makeup, rubbing, etc. for 24 hours) my lashes seemed even flatter than before. When I looked closer into the mirror, the lashes on my right eye were intensely curled not at the base, but past the halfway mark of each lash, closer to the ends. This resulted in some seriously crimped lashes. Other lashes closer to the inside of my eye were going in the completely wrong direction, and no amount of brushing with a clean spoolie could help. My left lashes were not completely lifted. My natural lashes are thin and straight, so looking head-on at my eyes you really wouldn't be able to tell that they're there. The procedure really didn't help that. Some lashes in the center had the slightest lift and others had literally none at all, so my left eye was a mix of 0 and 1 degree elevated lashes. It looks horrendous. I called the day after the procedure to ask about any remedies, and the lady on the phone was super pleasant and told me she'd make a note to have her boss call me back. Over two weeks later, and no follow-up. It's a nice facility, but I'm really disappointed with my results. I spent $100 (including the tip) for something my eyelash curler could have done better. I will definitely not be coming back.

I'm so glad that her technique is focused on emphasizing the natural curve of your eyebrow, instead of forcing a shape that would not look right. She definitely gave mine more of an arch, which I love, but it actually looks natural! I am blown away by how good my brows look!
