We showed up and the make up artist apparently decided not to come to work today and didn't bother to tell anyone. We live out of state so none of us brought make up with us. We were really placed in a bad spot. The girl that "did" my hair spent less than 5 minutes with me and charged me $60. I had to stop on the way back to the hotel and buy hair products so I could wash and do my own hair. Overall, the worst salon experience I have ever had in my life. I honestly think they should refund my money and pay for the products I had to go buy.

I didn't know until I was checking out and somehow the conversation went to the fact I still had a lot of dark beneath my hair she didn't touch yet because "she didn't want me there for hours" and that we'd do it next time? I've been a blonde my whole life. I expect to be in the salon for hours. I was there for three and thought that was record timing and then realize why. She didn't do the whole head but charged a full. It's just dishonest and a way to make more money off your clients. Say it's a full, charge a full, get tipped for a full, yet it took you only three hours so now you can fit in more clients in your day? And the place is not cheap, without tip, or cut or style it's $294... For that reason I did not return. I think that's a disservice to your clientele. And if you're charging me a full and not completing a full highlight than that's robbery - dramatic but true. And obviously dishonest...
