On my last visit they stripped the front differential drain bolt. They also didn't put all the bolts back in my skid plate and didn't tighten the oil filter properly. Oil leaked all over my truck and I lost a significant amount of oil. I'm honestly lucky my engine wasn't damaged. On top of that, the staff was rude and the waiting area chairs are filthy. Basic attention to detail and cleanliness should not be this hard. The only reason I kept coming back was because they're open on weekends, but after this experience I won't be returning.

I was not disappointed! Past experience showed me I needed to either bring a book or device to entertain myself because my car will be ready in 2 hours. So while my car was being serviced I went into the sandwich shop adjoining the GFExpress oil change shop. My car was completed before I could take a bite out if my sandwich! AND Devon vacuumed the inside. I also had intended to bring 2 rubber plugs I thought had fallen off my car for Devon to check out but I forgot them. Devon said after the service I could return home for the plugs and come back. Wow! When I returned he had gone home, the shop called him and he came back to keep his word! That is awesome customer service! Oh and a perfect oil change to add here. Devon has my future business!

Unfortunately, that was not the case here. Because of how I was treated, I canceled my membership covering all four of my vehicles. They lost a loyal customer over a situation they could have handled the right way.
