Super car guys reached out to me via fb marketplace about a car I had listed. A man called me from this location saying he was calling from customer service. He passive aggressively argued with me about where I live when I mentioned being out of town mentioning I had a local area code. Went on to question me about my fb listing saying he was looking it up but it didnt have my name on it etc. weaseled a lot trying to find out how much CarMax/Carvana were offering when I gave him a clear number I would accept (that they had previously offered) and then spent time trying to explain to me why my car wasn't worth what they had offered/saying because I waited 2-3 weeks it was worth way less. It's not a matter of not selling the car to them, but the way this man thought it would be helpful to speak to me when he was supposedly customer service. The call was also unsolicited. I had spoken with the girl who first quoted me to see if the offer price was valid before bringing the car in and she had said no but to send her some pics in case. Then this guy calls me just to waste time and say the same thing. Anyway! Just wanted to leave a review so any women shopping alone would know what experience they might encounter.

You don't find that anymore in today's market. This is a 19 year old XLR in perfect condition other than being 19 years old!!! Couldn't resist, so I bought it. Had an intermittent issue with the hardtop not wanting to close & these guys went beyond what you normally see from a car lot to fix the problem. Twice, they offered to come out to where I was to fix it when I was stranded. Luckily, I got it working and took it back. I don't blame the dealer as this was a mothballed vehicle with extremely low mileage, so I know it hasn't been driven. Still they continued to work on it and kept me informed on the progress. Finally, they were able to locate the issue "when it was acting up" and fixed. it! Trouble with cars today that people don't realize is, if it ain't broke it is very hard to find the problem. Ron & Ulf kept after it until it was fixed to my satisfaction. Don't know what has gone on in the past, but I have nothing but good to say about this business. I have been in the automotive industry for most of my life working in service & body as well as insurance.
