The front…read moreoffice staff seem to actually care and so it's been easy enough to schedule appointments and take care of deductibles. The appointments with the doctor are good and thorough though I wonder why he has a stethoscope because he doesn't seem to have any need to touch patients. The exam room is large enough that we could play badminton between the computer where the doctor sits and the patient seating. Odd. But we are pleased with the treatment and it seems to be moving in the right direction. Brains are hard so it can take a while to figure out what's going on and work on fixing it. I missed my last appointment and they dismissed me from the practice even though they had my phone…read morenumber and address wrong. The doctor led me to believe he cared and would get to the bottom of my essential tremor, but then didn't care when I pleaded, saying if they wouldn't see me, I would very likely go untreated. So if you need a neurologist because you struggle to function, this is not the neurologist for you. This is for folks that have the spoons to jump through hoops, only for those with neurological disorders that don't really affect them but they still want to see a doctor. if you have a neurological condition that affects you in day to day life, go somewhere else.
