I have dealt with several law firms both in my career and also for personal representation. Sorry to say hands down the worst representation I have ever experienced. 1) should not have taken case they were out of depth 2) lead attorney was extremely warm and friendly but completely inefficient in my case 3) special facts of the case which I consistently pointed out to attorneys were ignored... I have no fantasy that I am equipped to tell them what to do...however these points I relayed to them were agreed by them to have strategic and legal use and either thru inefficiency, lose dollar value perception by firm or whatever they were never communicated to insurance company and lied to me about having discussed 4) offer was made but insurance company and while not even close to the dollar amount necessary just to cover billings....Scott, Brett and Patricia took away my part in the decision making process by not even letting me know offer was on table. I later found out from insurance company that offer was made. I can do on and on with points of how they failed me miserably on the face of my pleas for them to step up I actually liked alll the attorneys on a personal superficial level...however they so failed me and dragged out inefficiency over a year that it forever impacted my ability to collect I have never written a review like this and it has been a year since I fired them. I just ran into someone who had similar experience and feel I have done the right thing by sharing my experience as a warning. I see in reviews that they have a favorable review ratio....maybe this is deserved and my case was not the usual way they conduct business. I don't know. I do know they objectively failed me miserably and m'ost of it was easily avoidable. There seeming claim is that clients are treated like family.... I was treated like family.... Like a distant 3rd cousin who was asking to borrow money I couldn't afford to give Thanks but no thanks Goldberg and Rosen! read more

this law office expect you to do the work for them you deal with nothing prepare that tell you to just go to treatment. They will not reach out to you at all until the case gets switched to somebody else which the last person will not have any of the documents switched over to the next person, they will ask you to send everything all over again. If your case gets switched over from another attorney, they will not get any of your documents from them either. They are very incompetent very lazy and I'm not gonna do their job. I would not recommend them to anybody because The reviews seem to be fake they just switched case over to somebody else after eight months and they're telling me to send all the documents all over again and to get any of the old documents from the old attorney I would say law firm is More of a call center you will never meet anybody in person in their efforts to close your case or minimal until it's time to get paid read more

From the first meeting of Brett Rosen (Goldberg & Rosen) I was impressed. Brett was respectful, kind and extremely knowledgeable. The second time we met he actualy came to my father's house and talked with us about my father's case. I never imagined that he would actualy come to the house. This action and the meeting that followed assured my father and I that Goldberg & Rosen was the right firm to handle our case. Our case did not make it into court for another 3+ years and like clockwork Brett or the lead attorney he appointed to our case would check it with us every few months. Sometimes there was news or a few changes to report and other times it was just to let us know he hadn't forgotten about our case and that everything was still on schedule. Once we finally made it to trial it felt like the whole Goldberg & Rosen team was there. Brett's brother Judd, the lead attorney, Jocelyn Santana and 4 other members of their team I unfortunately can't remember the names of. The trial lasted 3 days and in the end we were extremely satisfied with the results. I strongly recommend Goldberg & Rosen! This was day one of my interaction with this law firm and more will follow but so far..........outstanding. They're very professional and technologically advanced more so than others. The paralegal and attorney who conducted an interview today were very nice and went out of their way to be cordial, welcoming and understanding. They gave ample time to obtain all necessary facts and they explained the process also providing information about others who could be of additional assistance. While in the G&R office I coincidentally met a very wonderful long-time friend quite accomplished in the legal field and he had many positive things to say about G&R. A very important person to any organization is the front person known as the face.......the one who first meets and greets you and provides a coffee, soda, or water, who tells you how to get to the office, who organizes and confirms your visit and who makes you first feel welcome. This firm is not only completely incompetent, it is blatantly unprofessional. I strongly suggest that if you hire this firm, that you tape record all your conversations with them as they will lie and deny everything they will promise you they will do and can do. This firm does not even meet the mediocre standards. There are hundreds of other mediocre firms out there you can choose from that are at least somewhat competent.
