Settlement offers were made and categorically rejected by Bill L. I believe that Bill L. has some serious mental and emotional difficulties that unfortunately led to his own demise. Had he shown ANY willingness to listen to his attorney and compromise the outcome could have been much different but he insisted on a jury trial and as such he lost on all counts and ended up owing my client over $20,000. It pays to listen to your attorney when they recommend settlement.

He said he couldn't take it but would get us someone. 5 months later returns the info and tells me my husband was wronged. He said try a couple more months, then we'll do Boston. He said he would stay with him until we got someone. 2 months later I had found someone but they were having health issues. I called to tell him I had 1 more. When I told him who it was it immediately changed his tune and said I was done when I gave you back the info. I said no you told us to keep trying and you'd get us with Boston if we didn't get someone. I asked do you not want to continue, he said I have a lot on my plate. I told him fine. He stalled us another 7 months. With the way the files were returned. I don't know how AGO and the justice bridge has him for help as he is none. But, I firmly believe in Karma for the school dept and him.
