This was a mistake and a COMPLELTY different experience and not for the better. With this other law firm, the communication was terrible, and It took forever. When I finally got a call, the other lawyer presented me with a low offer and tried to justify it telling me i had a standard whiplash injury. Ultimately, I went back to Attorney Campopiano (with my tail between my legs) and he reviewed the file and graciously took me back. Attorney Campopiano suggested that I go and see specialists and after MRI and other testing was performed, he ended up settling this case for $70k. He has settled cases quickly when the offer is right. We have gone to arbitration on other claims where the offer was low. We have filed suit on cases we could not settle at arbitration. No matter the scenario, Attorney Mike and his staff fights. He remained committed to ensuring I received every penny in every single case.
